Much of my time as a human-shaped person has been focused on helping people, working for change, and creating works.

 

I've been helping people figure out life stuff for a long time, most recently as therapist in private practice specializing in supporting people for whom dominant culture is not a good fit.

This has taken many other forms as well: everything from helping people explore and digest de-colonial texts, to running youth group retreats, to teaching meditation / insight skills and non-traditional self work, and making the best arroz con gandules and art around.
